How do I print the contents of a message? Used to have something about change to printable format..?

I have 4 messages in my 'sent' file that I would like to print out. It seems to me that there used to be something you could click on at the top of the email (or somewhere near the top of the page) that allowed you to convert the message to a printable format and then print it. I can't seem to find it now, and when I try to click on FIle on the top of the page and then print, I get a message saying I can't do that... error encountered. I haven't been able to find any other way to print... do I have to cut and paste to Word or is there an easier way? Thanks for any help!!!
