follow the rule if there is a rule to follow, if you charge a higher price flat rate you could run the risk of been priced out of the market, if you under cutting this can be reflective bargenning. keep an even pricing for the lower rooms $40 keep your higher price for the top rooms and vips this will keep your books healthy and if you continue to discriminate in a manner that maximizes profit, the marginal revenue in each segment shold be 25% defered profit or a quarter of all your overall profits.
