Nissan Almera Central Locking Broken?

I have a 1.4 Nissan Almera and the central locking, after a week or so of playing up, has stopped working altogether. The key turns in the lock on the drivers side, but there is no response or clicking sound, and likewise when you flick the lock from inside the car. You can just get the penger side door to open, from the inside, but still doesn't trip the central locking. Could it just be a fuse needing replaced?
