I left the US with D & E felony charges can I reenter unnoticed??

i got arrested in Nov 07' had the arraingment and basically left to Norway- b/c basically this one mistake fuqed my job, education & thus future. The charges are for credit card fraud & grand larceny. I know they have a warrant out for me and any stop by a cop i'll have to face this sh!t. But now i'm expecting a son and my sis just had a boy plus i just miss my folks. I will prob change my pport name to my married name. I don't know if it will do me much good. Can I come back unnoticed to NY (where I'm from & got arrested) or should i come in through Canada or a completly diff region (my sis is in ATL).
