Self concious about legs(inner thigh) 10 points!!!?

Ah, that's not that much. Walk about 3 miles and back (6 miles in total) You'll start to notice a difference. Swimming helps and also a lot of stairs :). It tightens your theighs like no tomorrow. You'll REALLY feel the burn on the first shot. Also leg ups help too. It gets all the chunks under your and right before your knees.
