I stuck to the allowed foods and ate the salad stuff too. I just feel like I ate WAY too much. I was never too full but I ate a lot. I just am used to snacking on fruits and carbs so each time I wanted a snack I ate a piece of meat or cheese or bacon....Help did I over it do "it" with 5 pieces of bacon, rib eye steak, cheese omelet, chicken and string cheese?????
