How can i find out who used my bank card at tmobile they will not help me since i dont know a name or cell num?

I have contacted the police but tmobile is telling me that they cannot trace the purchase with my card number so this person is still using the phone they cant even find the number to shut it off. how can i find out the info, the bank is trying to find it but tmaolbe is telling them thesame thing
