Will they give my son his vaccines today if he is sick?

So my 16 month old son has an appointment today to catch up on his 12 month vaccines. However, last night he sounded like he was definitely getting a cold (coughing and sounded congested). My husband is still going to take him in today. If not for the vaccines at least to see what's going on with his cold. He's eating and acting ok but you can tell he's got some congestion. Do you think they will give him his vaccines? Would it be ok if they did give them to him while he's sick?
