What was the funniest typo you ever saw?

This isn't a typo, more of a write-o. I have a co-worker who is a little slow but she misspells names and words sometimes by mixing up two of the letters. She gets the right letters, jut transposes two of them. For instance, she'll answer the phone and write down a message. If the caller's name is Patsy, she'll write "Pasty". "Brian" becomes "Brain" and "Cheryl" becomes "Cherly".
