What is a fair salary for a CCNA with 6 mo of experience, in Kansas?

I just got my CCNA a couple weeks ago. I live in the Capitol of Kansas and have been working in the IT field for 6 months. I have gone to a technical school for Computer repair and Networking and I got all A's and B's. I am also in my 2nd year in college for an ociate degree in Industrial Technology and Bachelors in Business. I had a 3.0 my first year. After receiving my CCNA I was only offered 10.5 dollars an hour at the company I work for. I would usually just say screw that and leave, but I love the people I work with and the job. So I am trying to find out what a fair salary is so I can go in to the owner with some ammo. Thanks in advance to everyone who posts.
