Thy eternal summer shall not fade/My love for you cannot be weighed/Happy birthday 'name' - is this too corny?

I'm personalizing a harmonica for my girlfriend's birthday. The first line is a quote from her favourite poem, Shakespeare's 18th sonnet. The second line is all me, is it too corny and rubbish? Any suggestions on improvements? Thanks.
