I think I found the woman of my life, but I have to leave. What should I do?

I found a perfect girl. She is Just like me. We have so much in common that it is totally unbelievable. She s also the hottest girl in my neighboorhood, and even though she is, she is down to earth and not stuck up. We like the same tipe of humor, we are oppsesed with one another... We make out for hours when ever we are together... Everything is perfect. And she has turned so many guys down that I still can't believe she is with me. I am 19, she is 16. BUT I HAVE TO LEAVE FOR SWEDEN, and she stays here in Serbia... I don't want her to turn into just another MSN contact while I am away. I'll be in Swden till January. Than I'll be here for a month or so and Go back to Sweden untill the 15th of June. I have to leave, staying is not an option. I have to get my Political Science masters in Sweden, and I have 3 more years to do so... She is still in Highschool so she can not come to Sweden... We can only see eachother when I am on vacation in Seerbia (one month during the Christmas Holidays, and 3 months during the summer vacation)... So what is the best way to keep in touch and stay in Love while I am gone... Chating on Msn is painfull and boring, yet not doing it is also hard... We have only been together for one month, but we feel like we have known eachother for our entire lives...
