I am Malaysian citizens, I would like to know do I stay a chance to work in HK, UK and AUS?

I am going to do my industrial training very soon and I got a chance to select this few country of my choice but I am still think of which one do I stand a chance to get a permit to continue to work after my training.My lecturer told me UK the best but I still hope to be more closer wit my home in Malaysia here,so therefore i consider HK and AUS? But anyway I hope to get some opinion and suggestion fromall of you thank you.....merci....
