I have always said that Taylor Momsen has done worse than Cyrus and Momsen is younger. I don't like nor dislike Miley, I'm just sick of people calling her s slut when, clearly, she isn't. I wouldn't call Momsen a slut either. What you wear doesn't necessarily determine promiscuity.
