Can you use your sirius radio account in your car on a radio in your house?

I'm not anti-technology...but I just want to know HOW this can be done, is there an extra charge, do I buy a particular radio for the house (I know it won't work on my clock radio...I'm not completely anti-tech!) Thanks.
